These terms and conditions constitute a legal binding agreement made between you whether personally or on behalf of an entity You and Saksham Innovations Pvt Ltd, VONEY, us, we or our. By downloading, browsing, accessing or using this mobile application Mobile Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
You must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the India to use the App.
VONEY reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on www.VONEY.in. Member’s continued use of the Program after any such changes constitutes Member’s acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions. If the Member does not agree to abide by the modified Terms & Conditions, then Member should not use or access (or continue to use or access) the Program. It is Member’s responsibility to regularly check the site www.VONEY.in to determine if there have been changes to these Terms & Conditions and to review such changes.
VONEY membership is valid for lifetime of the VONEY Member unless terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The Program of VONEY may be modified at the sole discretion of VONEY from time to time without intimation to the VONEY Member.
VONEY shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction /prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
VONEY hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use and only on an Apple or Android device (“Device”) as permitted by the applicable Platform Terms and in accordance with these App Terms (“User Licence”). All other rights in the App are reserved by VONEY.
In the event of your breach of these App Terms we will be entitled to terminate the User Licence immediately.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Mobile Application is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other laws. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, illegal or unauthorised; is defamatory of any other person; is obscene or offensive; promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; infringes any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person; is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person; is likely to disrupt our service in any way; or advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
The voney points are given in the name of the firm, so we are not liable if the chemist uses the voney points for his personal needs.
You agree to indemnify VONEY for any breach of these App Terms. VONEY reserves the right to control the defence and settlement of any third party claim for which you indemnify VONEY under these App Terms and you will assist us in exercising such rights.
VONEY provides the App on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without any promises or representations, express or implied. In particular, VONEY does not warrant or make any representation regarding the validity, accuracy, reliability or availability of the App or its content. All calory, alcohol unit, ABV or other drinks related information is based on information provided by alcohol producers and retailers and such data, and other content on the App, may be out of date and VONEY makes no commitment to update it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VONEY hereby excludes all promises, whether express or implied, including any promises that the App is fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality, non-infringing, is free of defects, is able to operate on an uninterrupted basis, that the use of the App by you is in compliance with laws or that any information that you transmit in connection with this App will be successfully, accurately or securely transmitted.
Nothing in these App Terms shall exclude or in any way limit VONEY’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall VONEY be liable to you with respect to use of the App and/or be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, lost profits, or loss, theft or corruption of your information, the inability to use the App, Device failure or malfunction.
VONEY shall not be liable even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including without limitation damages caused by error, omission, interruption, defect, failure of performance, unauthorised use, delay in operation or transmission, line failure, computer virus, worm, Trojan horse or other harm.
In the event that applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain promises and/or the exclusion of liability for direct, indirect, consequential or other damages, in no event shall VONEY’s liability arising under or in connection with these App Terms and your use of the App.
These App Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India to resolve any dispute between them arising under or in connection with these App Terms.
The customer has to upload an invoice within a week of purchasing the medicines. Our team will verify the invoice and give you the confirmation within 3 to 4 Business days and then reward the VONEY points to the customer accordingly.A person can upload maximum of 50 invoices per month and clear image should be uploaded
The processing of customer’s invoice gets rejected and VONEY points will not be credited in the following cases.
If the invoice is already uploaded. If the image of the invoice is unclear. If the purchase is from an unauthorized distributor. If the retailer name is different in the uploaded invoice. If it is purchased before november 1st.
Once the customer has sufficient number of VONEY points(1000 voney points) he/she can redeem them in the form of Amazon vouchers(upto 2000 points) or Paytm cash(upto 1000 points) or Flipkart vouchers or Book my show vouchers or mobile recharges(upto 1000 points). The request for the redemption is to be placed so that our team will verify and process the request within 24 hours.
From the date of registration the VONEY points will be active for one year and you can redeem them during that year. After the completion of your validity (one year) your account will be reset and you can continue to use the account again.
The customer can refer another person and both the parties can get 200 VONEY points once that person completes his first invoice verification.
